  • Audiobook Production for Indie Authors
    End-to-end audiobook narration services, including preparation, recording, editing, and delivery of upload-ready audio files for the distribution platform of your choice.

  • Audiobook Directing (Optional Service)
    Guidance and direction for authors who wish to record their own audiobooks.

  • Audiobook Coaching (When Offered)
    Educational or advisory services for individuals interested in entering the audiobook industry.

Digital Products

  • Informational guides, FAQs, or downloadable resources related to audiobooks, publishing, or narration.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope of work are defined separately via written agreement or invoice.

3. Payments

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • FreshBooks invoices (when applicable)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Indie author projects require 50% payment prior to work beginning

  • The remaining 50% is due prior to final file delivery

Failure to submit payment may delay services or result in suspension of work.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and creative nature of audiobook narration services:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds are provided.

For audiobook production projects, an initial review checkpoint (typically the first 10–15 minutes of narration) may be provided to confirm creative alignment. Any revisions or continuation of the project after this point constitute acceptance of the work and contract terms.

5. Cancellations

There are no subscriptions or recurring billing services offered at this time.

If a project is canceled after work has begun:

  • Payments already made are non-refundable

  • Completed work remains the property of Cindy Kay unless otherwise agreed in writing

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the intellectual property of Cindy Kay, including but not limited to:

  • audio recordings

  • voice performances

  • written content

  • images

  • branding

  • downloads

  • guides and educational materials

You may not:

  • copy or reproduce content

  • redistribute materials

  • resell or sublicense content

  • scrape or mine data

  • use content for AI training or machine learning

  • publish or modify materials without written permission

Digital downloads are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or sold.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • engage in fraudulent activity

  • attempt to access restricted areas of the website

  • scrape, crawl, or data-mine content

  • use automated bots without permission

  • harass, threaten, or abuse others

  • distribute hate speech or illegal content

  • attempt to reverse engineer or reproduce services

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • All services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • technical issues

    • platform outages

    • third-party payment processor errors

    • lost income or business opportunities

    • dissatisfaction based on subjective creative preference

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user for the applicable service.

9. Third-Party Services

This website may integrate third-party services including Stripe, PayPal, and FreshBooks. We are not responsible for the policies, performance, or functionality of third-party platforms.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services without notice if a user:

  • violates these Terms

  • fails to submit payment

  • engages in harassment or abuse

  • infringes intellectual property

  • attempts unauthorized use of content

Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The business is legally registered in:

All disputes shall be subject to U.S. jurisdiction regardless of the user’s location.

12. Legal Fees

If legal action is required due to violation of these Terms, the violating party agrees to cover all reasonable legal fees, court costs, and associated expenses.
